My Systemic View of MiAltar Virtual

As human beings, we have a fundamental need for attachment and belonging to our family system. This sense of belonging, often unconscious, is the primary source of our emotional and physical security, as well as being essential for our survival and well-being. For this reason, the members of a family system, whether living or deceased, are always connected by an intricate web of invisible bonds.
The connection with our ancestors is, therefore, one of the deepest forms of emotional and spiritual bonding. Throughout history, humanity has developed various ways to maintain and honor this symbolic connection. Many ancestral rituals, such as All Souls' Day, Samhain, and Dia de los Muertos, continue to thrive today, preserving this relationship with the past.
It is important to remember that we do not inherit only physical traits, such as eye color, hair color, or body shape. We also inherit tastes, talents, gifts, but also traumas, patterns of suffering, and pains experienced by our ancestors. These patterns can manifest in our lives in subtle or intense ways, influencing our choices, relationships, health, and even the way we interact with the world. Becoming aware of these invisible bonds is a key step in the healing process.
Recognizing and respecting our ancestors allows us to release the blockages that stem from past traumas and integrate the positive forces we have inherited from them. This process of awareness, far from being a simple exercise in memory, becomes a transformative practice, capable of promoting deep healing and strengthening our own path.
